With Australia playing today and Norway taking to the pitch tomorrow, we wanted to share a little World Cup video content from the high seas- just in case you’ve got something planned editorially or for social media today or over the weekend.
Hurtigruten’s crew have been getting into the spirit aboard two ships currently sailing the Norwegian coast. On MS Polarlys, crew filmed a Team Norway ‘Ro!’ cheer on the gangplank this week on their return to Bergen – the kind of footage that we’re all seeing online across the world as Norway fever takes hold (left image). And aboard the newly refurbished MS Vesterålen, the crew joined in with their own version on the top deck (right image).
Safe to say, the excitement is well and truly flowing across the fleet and this is just a fun little snapshot of life onboard as guests and crew alike follow the action while they sail through some of the Nordic region’s most spectacular scenery.
