Spread the love
From boutique properties rooted in musical history to headline-grabbing debuts from global icons, these new hotel openings capture the spirit of a city where creativity and storytelling are part of everyday life. Here are four standout openings shaping Music City’s next chapter.
The Chloe Nashville
Location: Nashville, Tennessee
Status: Now Open
Fresh off recognition on Condé Nast Traveler’s 2026 Hot List, The Chloe Nashville is already setting the tone for the city’s next generation of boutique stays. Housed across two reimagined 1920s cottages, the property blends design-forward hospitality with a deeply rooted musical legacy.
Once home to Asylum Records and Spirit Music, where artists like Joni Mitchell, Bob Dylan, and Chris Stapleton recorded, the building’s creative past is woven into every detail. Designed by Sara Ruffin Costello, the 19-room hotel pairs original features such as coffered ceilings, salvaged wood floors and brickwork with contemporary touches and locally sourced artwork.
The experience extends beyond the rooms, with an all-day Creole-meets-Southern restaurant, three distinct bar spaces, lush gardens and a pool designed for laid-back afternoons. With its layered storytelling and sense of place, The Chloe feels less like a hotel and more like a living piece of Nashville’s cultural fabric.
