Signature Noodles launches the “Heartwarming Treat for Dad” set menu from 15 to 30 June, featuring “Steamed Rice with Flounder in Claypot”, with the delicate flavour of premium fish, the appetising “Chilled Sichuan Chicken in Chilli Sauce” and the flavourful “Wonton and Chicken in Supreme Soup” plus any two dishes from signature dishes such as “Salted Egg Yolk Shrimp Ball”, “Wok-fried String Beans with Minced Pork and Dried Chilli”, “Stir-fried Cauliflower in Claypot”, “Wuxi Braised Spare Ribs” and “Stir-fried Chinese Yam with Fungus”. In celebration of the Dragon Boat Festival, Stanley’s Café and Signature Noodles also launch the festive “Rice Dumpling with Conpoy” from now until 30 June, made with a traditional recipe and a variety of ingredients, gives a rich and authentic flavour of the Dragon Boat Festival.
