Sri Trat officially celebrated the Grand Opening of Sri Trat at Sri’s Room this May 2026 at Siam Paragon, welcoming media, industry guests, chefs, influencers, and friends of the brand for an evening dedicated to Eastern Thai cuisine, storytelling, and hospitality.
Following years of becoming one of Bangkok’s most beloved and notoriously difficult-to-book Thai restaurants, Sri Trat’s new home at Siam Paragon marks an important new chapter for the brand, allowing more guests to experience its deeply rooted Eastern Thai flavours in the heart of the city.
Throughout the evening, guests explored the world of Sri Trat: not only as a restaurant, but also as the fictional muse at the heart of the group’s storytelling universe. At Sri Trat at Sri’s Room, this character is imagined in her Bangkok chapter: a young woman in her twenties who opens a tailoring shop by day and cooks for friends and customers by night. The setting brought this narrative to life through vintage Bangkok townhouse references, floral details, tailoring-shop accents, a live DJ, and an intimate atmosphere inspired by Sri Trat’s imagined life in the city.
The launch event featured a curated menu showcasing both iconic Sri Trat classics alongside dishes created exclusively for Sri Trat at Sri’s Room. Guests enjoyed shared plates paired with selected white and red wines from GranMonte, alongside signature cocktails inspired by classic songs from the 1970s and 1980s.
Today, Sri Trat at Sri’s Room offers 110 dishes, spanning Eastern Thai classics, seasonal specialties, comfort dishes, curries, seafood, relishes, and desserts.

Guests are invited into a world shaped by memory, music, food, and storytelling, where Eastern Thai cuisine meets the rhythm of city life.
The restaurant also features a more intimate mezzanine dining space, styled with sewing tables, closets, personal objects, and decorative flourishes reflecting Sri Trat’s imagined life and character.
