Club Med, the pioneer of premium all-inclusive holidays for over 75 years has delivered strong performance for 2025 in an increasingly challenging macroeconomic and geopolitical environment. Consistent with the performance of the past two years, Club Med continues to deliver solid profitability and resilient growth with key global achievements including:

  • Business Volume (BV): €2,222 million, +4% vs. 2024
  • Operating Margin: up year‑on‑year, in line with strategic ambitions
  • Average Daily Rate (ADR): €241, +5% vs. 2024, driven by its premium positioning
  • Clients: welcomed more than 1.4 million worldwide

  • Product portfolio performance: BV growth +10% in mountain Resorts, +4% in sun Resorts, and +5% for the Exclusive Collection, the brand’s luxury range

This trajectory is fuelled by a premium, diversified resort portfolio, its signature all-inclusive concept and an innovative integration of digital strategy and CSR initiatives.

In the East, South Asia, and Pacific (ESAP) region, Club Med achieved remarkable success for its premium all-inclusive resorts growing its business volume by 13% year-on-year and welcoming over 300,000 guests from around the globe to 10 of its resorts in ESAP. This growth was fuelled by an increase of over 21% in our Mountain portfolio spanning Japan, China, and the European Alps alongside an impressive 20% rise for Club Med 2, the brand’s signature French sailing yacht, which underscores a clear market demand toward high-end, aspirational travel.

Rachael Harding, CEO of Club Med ESAP said: “Building on the incredible momentum of the past year, 2025 was a testament to the enduring power of the Club Med spirit. In our 75th anniversary year, we have proven that true luxury is defined in the freedom to reconnect with nature, with family and with oneself. As we step into our next chapter, we continue to elevate the ‘l’Esprit Libre’ experience as we focus on anticipating the needs of the modern travellers through innovation, multicultural hospitality and a commitment to sustainable, high-value growth.”

In the Pacific, demand continues to build strongly as travellers increasingly opt for frictionless, all-inclusive holidays that deliver both value and ease of experience. Club Med’s Asia sun destinations remain particularly popular with travellers, supported by strong airlift and close proximity, making short-haul escapes more accessible than ever. Phuket continues to perform strongly following its recent renovation, with the new Family Oasis proving especially popular among families seeking elevated yet seamless holiday experiences. Bintan also remains a standout destination, valued for its accessibility and versatility as both a standalone escape and a natural extension to a wider itinerary, offering guests the ability to combine a fast-paced city break with a slower, more restorative end to their journey.

Japan ski continues to see sustained demand. Tomamu stands out as a firm favourite, making up 19% of sales thanks to its wide range of activities available off the slopes. Kiroro Peak has also continued to grow in popularity, reinforcing demand for more premium, Exclusive Collection experiences in Asia. Looking ahead, the upcoming openings in Borneo and South Africa will further strengthen the portfolio, expanding access to new and highly sought-after destinations while continuing to deliver immersive, high-quality travel experiences.

Michelle Davies, General Manager for Club Med Pacific and New ESAP markets added: “Building on the strong momentum across the EASP region, 2025 has reinforced the continued appeal of seamless, all-inclusive travel experiences that combine value, ease and meaningful connection from the Pacific market. We are seeing growing demand from modern travellers who are prioritising frictionless holidays that allow them to truly switch off, whether that’s through short-haul Asia sun escapes, immersive ski experiences in Japan, or more premium, elevated stays within our Exclusive Collection portfolio.

“As we continue to evolve our offering, destinations such as Phuket and Bintan in Asia and Tomamu in Japan remain consistently popular, reflecting the importance of accessibility, variety and experience-led travel. Looking ahead, the upcoming openings in Borneo and South Africa this year mark an exciting next chapter for the region, further strengthening our portfolio in some of the world’s most inspiring destinations and continuing to deliver on the promise of delivering unforgettable experiences in breathtaking destinations worldwide.”
