IHG Hotels & Resorts (IHG) is unlocking new doors for its IHG One Rewards members through its official partnership with Bangarra Dance Theatre for the highly anticipated 2026 National Tour of Sheltering. IHG One Rewards has a limited number of packages with exclusive access and perks for members to redeem.

This partnership connects IHG guests with one of Australia’s most celebrated cultural institutions, ensuring members receive meaningful, experience-led travel in addition to incredible accommodation. By providing access to the best local events happening in each city, IHG deepens members’ connection to the destination, ultimately encouraging guests to explore First Nations heritage.

Dean Jones, Vice President of Commercial, IHG Hotels & Resorts, East Asia & Pacific said: “Immersing in local culture and understanding the significance of a destination through arts is one of the most rewarding aspects of travel. As we continue to evolve IHG One Rewards and the experiences we are able to deliver for members through partnerships, one of the things we’re most proud of is enhancing their connection to place.

“The strong response to Sheltering in Sydney and Brisbane on IHG One Rewards Access – with packages selling out within hours – highlights the growing appetite for experience-led rewards that go beyond the traditional hotel stay.”

Together, we invite guests to engage with the world’s oldest continuing cultures in ways that are both enriching and enduring.”
