Just steps away from Circular Quay’s Vivid action, Four Seasons Hotel Sydney launches its signature Vivid experiences with Grain Bar and MODE Kitchen and Bar offering vibrant, sensory-led dining and drinks from 22nd May – 13th June. Designed to mirror the light, colour and movement of Sydney’s most iconic festival, the hotel’s Vivid program spans glowing cocktails, a limited edition three-course menu and the return of its much-loved pop-up driveway activation.
Grain Bar: High-voltage cocktails with a theatrical edge, from 4pm nightly
Grain Bar transforms into an illuminated playground during Vivid, serving a curated menu of visually striking, flavour-forward cocktails with a touch of theatre.

Ocean Glow a luminous coastal refresher inspired by twilight by the sea
Golden Ember a warm fire-inspired creation capturing s subtle glow
Each cocktail is finished with playful elements including tri-colour jelly, glitter and house made candy garnishes.
Grain Bar opens nightly at 4pm with live DJ sets every Friday and Saturday from 8pm till late making this the city’s go-to Vivid meeting spot.
MODE Kitchen and Bar: $90 Vivid Dining Experience, from 5.30pm nightly
Executive Chef Gaurav Bide together with MODE’s Chef de Cuisine Nathan Barone bring Vivid to life with a refined three-course Vivid Menu ($90) available nightly from 5.30pm throughout the festival, showcasing seasonal produce through bold colour, texture and flavour.
Menu highlights:
Entrée: Tuna Crudo, mandarin, horseradish cream and saffron dressing or Beetroot Raviole stuffed with smoked stracciatella and candied pecan;
Mains: Chicken Breast with a Mosaic of perfumed purees reduced as jus or Acquerello Roasted pumpkin and puree, pistachio.
Dessert: a playful Citrus meringue pie combining zesty creams, crunchy textures and fresh acidity.
POP! Vivid treats on the go, available weekends from 4.30pm-10pm
Returning for weekends, the hotel’s much-loved driveway activation, POP! serves an array of indulgent takeaway treats inspired by this year’s theme of LOVE. Festival-goers can indulge in: Lamington Cake Pops $4, Donuts $8, and this year’s must-try loaded pretzels (chocolate $8 and savoury $16) together with decadent hot chocolates.
Whether it’s pre-light walk cocktails, post-walk dinner or sweet stop in between, there’s plenty on offer away from the crowds at Four Seasons Sydney to make the most of this spectacular season in the city.
