Eswatini Air has announced the successful launch of its newest regional route, connecting the Kingdom of Eswatini with the capital city of Lusaka in Zambia.

As the national carrier, Eswatini Air continues to expand its regional network, supporting improved connectivity, trade, and tourism across Southern Africa. The introduction of the Lusaka route represents a further step in strengthening links between Eswatini and key regional markets.

The new service provides convenient access for travellers visiting for business, family, or leisure. Passengers can expect a comfortable travel experience, with fares starting from SZL 7,855.40, subject to terms and conditions.

Weekly Flight Schedule

Flights operate twice weekly as follows:

  • Wednesdays: Direct service from Eswatini to Lusaka. The return journey includes a short stop in Harare before arriving back in Eswatini.
  • Fridays: Departures from Eswatini include a stop in Harare before continuing to Lusaka. The return flight operates direct from Lusaka to Eswatini.

Supporting Regional Tourism Growth

The introduction of this route enhances regional accessibility and supports the continued growth of tourism in Eswatini. Improved air links make it easier for both regional and international travellers to access the Kingdom and explore its cultural heritage, natural landscapes, and wildlife attractions.

Strengthened connections within the region also contribute to broader tourism development by encouraging multi-destination travel across Southern Africa, positioning Eswatini as an integral part of regional itineraries.
