Nikki Beach Hospitality Group, the global luxury lifestyle and hospitality company, has announced the appointment of Xavier Intins as Director of Projects and Technical Services for its Hotels & Resorts division, reinforcing its leadership team as the brand continues the strategic expansion of its international portfolio. Xavier Intins will play a key role in shaping and delivering the next phase of development across the brand’s upcoming resort and residences projects in Baku, Muscat, Antigua, Ras Al Khaimah, and Marrakech, as well as the ongoing development of a new boutique hotel concept under the Nikki Beach brand.

With more than 25 years of experience in hospitality development, Xavier Intins brings a strong track record in delivering complex, design-led projects across international markets. Most recently, as Construction Director at Grape Hospitality, he oversaw the transformation and repositioning of part of a portfolio of more than 115 hotels across Europe, driving design consistency, operational efficiency, and long-term asset value. Prior to this, during his tenure with Club Med, he contributed to the development of the Exclusive Collection resort in the Seychelles and led multiple resort renovations and extensions across Europe and Africa. His earlier experience includes involvement in landmark projects such as the renovation of the Hotel Ritz Paris and the Shangri-La Hotels and Resorts, also in Paris, shaping a multidisciplinary expertise aligned with Nikki Beach’s approach to experience-driven hospitality.

In his new role, Xavier Intins will oversee all technical services and project development for Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts, ensuring the consistent execution of new builds, renovations, and branded residences across the portfolio. Working closely with internal teams, investors, and development partners, he will be responsible for maintaining the brand’s standards across design, construction, and delivery, while supporting efficient project execution in both established and emerging destinations.

His appointment comes at a significant moment for the group, with several projects in development and the continued evolution of its global portfolio. “Xavier joins us as we advance a new generation of Nikki Beach resorts across key global destinations,” said Remi Delpech, COO of Nikki Beach Hotels & Resorts. “These are high-value, design-driven developments where execution is critical. His international experience across complex resort projects is directly relevant to our pipeline, and as we progress, his role is to ensure each property is delivered with the level of quality, consistency, and attention to detail that defines Nikki Beach at the top end of the market.”

Xavier Intins commented, “What stands out in Nikki Beach’s current developments is the scale and level of integration across each project. These are not standalone hotels, but fully developed destinations combining resorts, residences, beach clubs, and lifestyle experiences. My focus is on ensuring that this complexity is delivered with clarity, so that each property opens as a complete, cohesive experience, exactly as envisioned.”

This appointment reflects Nikki Beach Hospitality Group’s ongoing commitment to strengthening its development capabilities and supporting the successful execution of its expanding portfolio of hotels, resorts, and branded residences worldwide.
