Vietnam’s rise as one of Asia’s most dynamic economies is increasingly visible in its hospitality, real estate and urban lifestyle sectors, as global brands and new mixed-use developments reshape the country’s major cities.
As one of Vietnam’s pioneering developers in branded real estate, Masterise Homes, a member of Masterise Group, is set to introduce Masterise Towers, Vietnam’s first truly globally benchmarked integrated urban destination, redefining how living, hospitality, commerce, and culture converge within a seamless 5-star ecosystem in the centre of Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC).
The development will include The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Saigon, the first Ritz-Carlton-branded residences in HCMC, alongside The Ritz-Carlton, Saigon, marking the luxury brand’s hotel debut in Vietnam, as well as premium office space and curated retail.
This milestone follows a landmark signed agreement between Masterise Group and Marriott International, Inc., further strengthening their strategic partnership, shared vision and long-term commitment to excellence in Vietnam. It brings the Ritz-Carlton brand to one of Vietnam’s most dynamic metropolises, setting a new benchmark for luxury hospitality, branded living, and an integrated urban experience in the country. Masterise Homes’ international branded real estate portfolio includes landmark developments such as Grand Marina Saigon, Marriott- and JW Marriott-branded residences, and The Ritz-Carlton Residences, Hanoi at The Grand.
The official launch of this unique project will take place on 13 May 2026 and outline the vision for Masterise Towers under the theme “A New Icon of Vietnam’s Rising Global Presence”. The event will position the project as part of HCMC’s growing international profile and Vietnam’s emergence as a more prominent luxury, business and travel market.
The launch follows a period of sustained economic growth in Vietnam, with official data showing real GDP growth of 8.02% in 2025, up from 7.09% in 2024. Realised foreign direct investment also reached a record US$27.62 billion in 2025, reinforcing the country’s growing appeal to international capital.
HCMC is at the centre of this transformation. As Vietnam’s commercial capital, it is emerging as a regional hub for business, dining, design and travel, with its urban landscape evolving in step with the country’s broader economic ascent.
Situated opposite Ben Thanh Market in Ben Thanh Ward, the city’s former District 1, Masterise Towers is envisioned as a vertical destination in central Ho Chi Minh City. The project will combine residences, hospitality, workspace, and curated retail in a single address designed for residents, travellers, business leaders, and the city’s growing audience for high-end cultural, culinary, and wellness experiences.
The site is positioned near key cultural, commercial and civic landmarks, at a point where the city’s historic core, business district and future transport links converge, reinforcing Masterise Towers’ role as a new landmark for HCMC as Vietnam’s international profile continues to grow.
