Resorts World Las Vegas has appointed Dima M. Howard as Executive Vice President of Europe, Marketing, further strengthening the resort’s global marketing leadership team. A seasoned executive with more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality and casino marketing, Howard brings deep expertise in international market development, VIP engagement and high-value relationship management across Europe, the Middle East, Asia and the Americas.

“Dima’s global perspective and proven ability to drive sustainable, high-value growth make her an important addition to our leadership team,” said Carlos Castro, President and Chief Financial Officer of Resorts World Las Vegas. “Her experience cultivating international markets and building long-term relationships with elite clientele aligns exceptionally well with our strategic priorities.”

In her new role, Howard will oversee international marketing initiatives with a focus on strategic growth, database development and VIP relationships. Her responsibilities include expanding global market presence, strengthening independent agent networks and supporting revenue optimization through data-driven marketing strategies, while ensuring compliance with gaming regulations across international jurisdictions.

Howard joins Resorts World Las Vegas after a distinguished tenure at MGM Resorts International, where she most recently served as Executive Vice President of Europe and Middle East Marketing. During her time with MGM, she led international marketing strategies supporting iconic properties including Bellagio, ARIA, The Mansion, SKYLOFTS and The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, contributing to a continuous increase in annual revenues. She advanced through multiple leadership roles at MGM, previously serving as Senior Vice President, Vice President and Director of International Marketing.

Earlier in her career, Howard held senior leadership positions at Wynn Las Vegas, where she served as Vice President of International Marketing. There, she managed high-performing teams, designed global VIP initiatives, and supported the opening of Encore, helping drive international revenue growth and strengthen private gaming operations.

Howard holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in International Business from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas. She is actively involved in community service and leadership initiatives, including various mentorship programs, and serves on the board of the Arab American Ladies League. A breast cancer survivor, Howard has participated for the past 10 years as part of Team Dima in the American Cancer Society’s Making Strides Against Breast Cancer Walk, alongside a dedicated support group.
