Vietjet will operate nearly 3,800 flights across its domestic network from April 25 to May 5, 2026, adding approximately 500 flights compared with the same period last year, to meet rising travel demand during Vietnam’s peak holiday period. The flights increase total seat capacity to 832,000 seats, an increase of 130,000 seats, or 18 per cent, year-on-year.

The extended public holiday this year, covering the Hung Kings’ Commemoration Day and the Reunification Day–International Labour Day period, is expected to be one of the busiest travel seasons in Vietnam, second only to the Lunar New Year (Tet).
