PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP implements a Serenity Policy
To support guests and travel partners, PONANT EXPLORATIONS GROUP is introducing more flexible booking conditions.
For any new booking made until 30 April 2026, guests, whether booking directly or through a travel advisor, can modify or postpone their voyage free of charge, for a departure within the same year or earlier*.
Key conditions:
- Deposit is non-refundable but fully transferable to a new booking
- Transfer requests must be submitted at least 90 days prior to departure
- New departure must take place within the same year (or earlier, when applicable)
- The new cruise must be of equal or higher value than the original booking
- All rebooking’s remain subject to availability and prevailing pricing at the time of confirmation
