HX Expeditions, the world’s leading expedition cruise company, is strengthening its presence in Australia and New Zealand with three strategic appointments to its regional sales team. The expansion comes just over a year after HX established its dedicated ANZ Sales and Marketing team in March 2025.
Director of Sales Amber Wilson announced that Ben Gorman, Kat Nitarski, and Rebecca Bussell are joining the team, which includes Wilson and Key Account Manager Gareth Coakley.
“The ANZ market continues to be a key growth region for HX, with more travellers seeking immersive, experience-led exploration,” said Wilson. “Our trade partners are at the heart of everything we do. By investing in experienced, locally based team members, we’re making it easier for advisors to access the tools, knowledge, and support they need to confidently sell expedition travel.”
The three new team members provide enhanced coverage across key ANZ markets:
Ben Gorman, Business Development Manager
Based in Melbourne, Ben brings extensive experience from roles with The Travel Corporation and Rocky Mountaineer, strengthening HX Expeditions’ presence in the Victorian market. ben.gorman@travelhx.

Enhanced Customer Service
HX Expeditions has also strengthened its operational capabilities with two new appointments to its Customer Service team in Melbourne. Ebony Pargaliti and Kayla Russell will provide dedicated support for Australian and New Zealand guests throughout their expedition journey.
“As we approach our 130th anniversary, this investment in our ANZ team reflects both our heritage and our future,” Wilson added. “Strengthening our presence in this region ensures we continue to lead the category while supporting the partners who bring these journeys to life.”
