TTC Tour Brands (TTCTB) has officially launched its high-impact global Tour Week initiative across the Australia and New Zealand markets. In a massive show of commitment to the trade, 47 travel agents and 11 Sales Managers are currently traversing the globe, experiencing the diverse portfolios of Trafalgar, Insight Vacations, Costsaver, and Contiki first-hand.
Tour Week is strategically designed to create a “wave of enthusiasm” across the trade. By moving agents from behind the desk and onto the coach, TTC Tour Brands is investing in the primary driver of travel sales: authentic, personal experience.
Empowering the Frontline
The initiative focuses on deepening the emotional connection between advisors and the products they sell. Participants are gaining real-world insights into specific itineraries, unique inclusions, and those “surprise and delight” on-tour moments that define the TTC experience.
“Tour Week represents one of our most significant initiatives to date, designed to allow agents across Australia and New Zealand to experience all the benefits of our tours firsthand,” said Andrew Young, Senior VP Sales, TTC Tour Brands Oceania.

The Power of Personal Experience
In a competitive travel landscape, the ability to provide a first-person testimonial is a proven game-changer for conversion rates. TTC Tour Brand’s goal is to equip agents with the storytelling tools needed to match the right client to the right brand—whether it’s the social energy of Contiki or the premium polish of Insight Vacations.
“We created this initiative to help agents sell with confidence by immersing them in what their clients will experience on tour,” Young continued. “Agents who can speak from personal experience are comprehensively more likely to be able to position touring in a more compelling light to their clients.”
Agents are sharing their on-the-ground journeys across social media, showcasing the tangible value of guided touring to their peers and clients alike, and reinforcing TTCTB’s unwavering support for the AU/NZ travel community.
As agents share their journeys and on-the-ground experiences across social media with their peers and clients alike, Tour Week is highlighting the value of guided touring while reinforcing TTC Tour Brand’s commitment to supporting its industry community.
