Travelling through Sydney Airport just got a serious food upgrade, with 11 new dining destinations now  open inside T3 Domestic.

The revitalised precinct positions T3 as a premium food destination, bringing together some of Sydney’s  most respected hospitality operators and showcasing the quality, diversity and creativity of Australia’s  culinary scene. With passengers placing more value than ever on airport dining—almost two‑thirds say it  shapes their travel experience—Sydney Airport’s T3 precinct brings a curated mix of choice, quality, and  exclusive flavours previously unavailable in a domestic terminal.*

From Bondi-inspired coastal Italian and contemporary Cantonese dumplings to cult ramen, vibrant  Mexican street food and artisan coffee, the new precinct highlights local talent and Australian-sourced  produce while offering passengers a dining experience designed to rival the city beyond the terminal.

Headlining the precinct is  Icebergs Dining Room and  Bar , bringing its iconic coastal Italian influence  to  T3 with a refined yet relaxed menu celebrating seafood and seasonal produce.

It is joined by  Lotus Dumpling Bar , serving contemporary  Cantonese dumplings and share plates, and  RaRa , the cult-favourite ramen bar known for its rich  broths and fresh noodles.

Expect bold, punchy flavours at  Tres Tacos , with a  vibrant Mexican cantina offering tacos and burritos,  while  Top Juice  delivers fresh juices, smoothies and  wholesome grab-and-go options.

Passengers seeking quick, high-quality choices can visit  The Sushi Platter  for freshly prepared sushi,  offering both made-to-order selections and Grab & Go, or head to  Slim’s Quality Burger  for classic  burgers with nostalgic flair.

Coffee and pastry offerings are equally strong.  Stitch  Coffee  delivers specialty coffee in a design-led  setting,  Maggio’s  brings its much-loved Italian pasticceria  favourites, and  Loulou  rounds out the line-up  with French-inspired boulangerie classics.

Together, the precinct caters to all passengers delivering more choice, from relaxed pre-flight dining to  premium coffee, quick bites and sweet treats.

Beyond the food, the refreshed T3 precinct offers a lighter, more open space designed for comfort.  Creating a contemporary, welcoming environment that reflects Sydney’s dynamic food culture while  improving flow, comfort and choice for passengers, whether they have time for a long lunch or just a  quick coffee before boarding.

By partnering with locally loved brands and hospitality leaders, Sydney Airport continues to elevate the  terminal experience while championing Australian operators and produce.

Gail Taylor, General Manager Retail Sydney Airport, said:  “We want T3 to feel like an extension of  Sydney’s vibrant food scene – a dining destination that celebrates the quality and diversity of the city.

“Whether it’s a sit-down meal at Icebergs or a quick coffee from Stitch, passengers now have options  that genuinely rival what you’d find beyond the terminal.

“We’re also proud to partner with local operators to deliver an experience that feels distinctly Sydney,  where passengers can relax and dine before boarding.”
