“Chilli Fest” returns for its fourth year to Kimpton Maa-Lai Bangkok on Saturday, 28 March 2026, from 2:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., featuring fiery creations from leading restaurants and MICHELIN-calibre chefs, high-energy entertainment, a scorching chilli-eating competition and more. A diverse line-up of chefs and restaurants will be serving up deliciously spicy dishes, including creations from Chef Thitid “Ton” Tassanakajohn of Gaengsod; Chef Parkorn “Tan” Kosiyapong of the one-MICHELIN-starred and MICHELIN Green Star restaurant GOAT; Chef Gabriela “Gaby” Espinosa and Chef Diego Zarco of Delia; Chef Steve Sanggun Lee of I-Sang; and Chef Shreesha Rao of Jhol, all three recognised by the MICHELIN Guide, among other hot culinary talents.

Chilli Fest 2026 brings together an all-star roster of beverage partners, from vibrant cocktails by Aperol and Nakin Gin to wine lovers’ selections from Penfolds, Great Wine and Siam Black Bird, while Beervana and Corona keep the brews flowing.
