The rooftop Champagne destination presents a curated selection of premium oysters, including distinguished varieties sourced from France’s celebrated oyster-growing regions. Served freshly shucked and presented on ice, each oyster reveals its natural character, from delicate salinity and silky texture to a clean mineral finish.
The oysters are paired with Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV, a Champagne known for its vibrant freshness and balanced structure. Notes of crisp apple and citrus are complemented by subtle brioche nuances and a fine, persistent mousse. Its bright acidity and lively character create a natural harmony with the oysters’ briny sweetness, refreshing the palate while highlighting their delicate flavours.
Guests can enjoy ‘A French Affair’, featuring a selection of six oysters served with a glass of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV for THB 1,690++, or six oysters paired with two glasses of Veuve Clicquot Yellow Label Brut NV for THB 2,490++.
