Chef Luca Russo’s February menu places the Black truffle firmly designed to highlight the ingredient’s natural elegance, the menu showcases thoughtfully composed dishes that allow flavours to unfold with subtlety and depth. Guests can indulge in velvety foie gras complemented by hazelnut and black truffle THB 1650++, savour traditional homemade tagliolini tossed with parmesan and fresh truffle THB 1150++, or delight in a creamy risotto paired with premium scallops and black truffle THB 1560++.
