 Four Seasons Resort and Residences Vail, the One Michelin Key rated hotel and winner of Condé Nast Traveler’s Reader’s Choice Awards 2025, announces two pivotal appointments to its leadership team: General Manager Jenny Simonson and Resort Manager Anna Folaros. Bringing a wealth of experience both within and outside Four Seasons, Simonson and Folaros will usher in a new era of excellence at the beloved mountain resort.

In their new positions, Simonson and Folaros will each play key roles in enhancing the property’s success, overseeing all aspects of the mountain resort, which recently underwent several major upgrades, including a brand-new ski chalet, renovated spa, updated suites, new retail store, The Outpost, and a new flagship restaurant, Tavernetta Vail.

With over 23 years as a leader within hospitality, Jenny Simonson’s work within Four Seasons exemplifies dedication and excellence. Her journey began at Four Seasons Resort Aviara and spans notable properties including Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale and Four Seasons Resort Westlake Village, where she served as the Director of Finance and co-managed a $50 million renovation and partnered with operational teams to navigate the challenges of COVID. In 2021, Simonson advanced to Hotel Manager overseeing the addition of the property’s transformational Cove Pool, Kitchen, and Bar in 2023, much to national and local acclaim.

Prior to joining Four Seasons, Anna Folaros gained foundational experience across key operational areas from Housekeeping, Stewarding, and Banquets to Front Office in major hospitality hubs including New Orleans, Chicago and New York City. Since joining Four Seasons Vail in 2024 as Director of Rooms, Folaros has demonstrated a passion for service excellence and team development, culminating in her recent promotion to Resort Manager.
