Gardens of Eden, the multi-award-winning residential project which is pioneering a new era of luxurious and sustainable living on Phuket’s west coast, has unveiled its third and final phase of development: the idyllic Lake Residences, which are set to immerse discerning residents in a natural paradise of glistening pools, tranquil lakes and verdant wetlands.

Having recently revealed sales of THB 4.59 billion (USD 141.4 million / HKD 1.10 billion) over its first two phases, including significant interest from buyers in Hong Kong and Singapore, Gardens of Eden expects demand to soar even higher in the final phase, as discerning investors take advantage of this unique opportunity to transform their lifestyle.

To coincide with this major launch, Yana Chuvalova, Gardens of Eden’s Marketing & Sales Director, addressed delegates at Maison&Objet Intérieurs Hong Kong 2025, the Asian edition of the prestigious Parisian interior design and lifestyle event. This inspiring occasion staged at the Hong Kong Convention & Exhibition Centre on 5th December 2025.

Lake Residences – An Aquatic Paradise Just Steps from Bangtao Beach

The Lake Residences is a stylish and elegant project that will emerge from a coastal landscape of verdant gardens and rippling water. Set around a picturesque lake with colourful fish, just 50 metres from the golden sands of Bangtao Beach on Phuket’s sunset coast, this is an aquatic paradise with 11,000 square metres of glistening pools. These immersive water features include a central long pool that stretches 150 metres through the complex – the equivalent of three Olympic-size pools – plus a beach pool, family areas, kids’ pools with sliders, and an infinity pool with views of the ocean.

Within this tranquil environment, guests can experience complete relaxation and wellness with landscaped gardens and yoga lawns. Like the entire Gardens of Eden, only 30% of the total area will be developed, with the remaining 70% dedicated to parks, lakes and woodlands. The residences themselves will exude a sense of serenity, with plenty of natural light, organic materials, and contemporary interiors imagined by Tierra Design and Wonder by White Jacket.

An Oasis of Tranquility on Phuket’s Sunset Coast

The Lake Residences will immerse guests in a world of wellness, with every aspect of the project attuned to the health and vitality of its residents. Jogging, walking and cycling tracks wind through 122,000 square metres of lakes, parks and gardens with over 1,000 native trees. And the expansive Wellness Centre spans 5,000 square metres of treatment areas, spa gardens, hydrotherapy and cryotherapy zones, state-of-the-art IV therapy and oxygen pods, a 1,000-square metre gym, yoga & Pilates studios, and a kids’ zone.

A choice of eight restaurants and bars span the culinary world, from Japanese and Italian to Greek and steakhouse venues, while the beach café and sky bar set the stage for social afternoons and evenings. With a children’s club, business centre, office zone, and underground parking, all nestled in a prime location just 20 minutes’ drive from Phuket International Airport and within easy reach of international schools and hospitals, Gardens of Eden represents a new era of natural living that prioritises health, wellbeing, and sustainability.

We are delighted to launch our third and final phase. The deep sense of serenity exuded by our Lake Residences cannot be overestimated, as the aquatic ecosystem has a transformational effect on one’s wellbeing. I am confident that guests will embrace this new era of luxury living, infused with innovative and sustainable design. This marks an exciting milestone in the growth of Gardens of Eden, which is set to become the region’s premium lifestyle and wellness destination,” said Yana Chuvalova, Marketing & Sales Director of Gardens of Eden.

Construction of the Lake Residences is expected to be completed in Q2 2029, complementing the Eden Residences and Park Residences – plus a selection of premium Etro Residences – to create Gardens of Eden, a premier luxury destination spanning 33 acres (13.4 hectares) of land just 50 metres from Bangtao Beach on Phuket’s west coast. All phases are running on schedule.
