Virgin Australia and Velocity Frequent Flyer have launched one of their biggest sales of the year with triple Points, cash back on eligible flights and sale fares from as low as $49 one way*.
For the first time, Virgin Australia has also dropped a mammoth sale on upgrades to its premium extra leg room Economy seating (Economy X) on domestic and short haul international flights, including to destinations like Bali and Fiji from as low as $20#.
New research commissioned by Virgin Australia and conducted by YouGov reveals that 44 per cent of Australians plan to buy travel this Black Friday, cementing it as one of the biggest travel-shopping events of the year as Aussies hunt for better value amid rising cost of living^.
Additionally, nearly half of Velocity Frequent Flyer members surveyed plan to redeem their Points on shopping this Black Friday^, demonstrating strong demand from members eager to use Points to pay for all or part of their purchases.
