The St. Regis Bar invites guests to the November edition of Cocktails, Tapas, and Friends, a vibrant afternoon of creative cocktails by guest mixologists Simone Rossi, Founder of Ratafia Rossi and Giuseppe Carneli, Founder of Otto Bangkok and Stan Andruskevic, Head of Drinks of KROMO Bangkok, together with Italian-inspired tapas by Chef Manuelo Pintore from Giglio Trattoria Fiorentina, an authentic Tuscan restaurant recognized by the MICHELIN Guide. Joining them are Brian Gonzalez, Beverage Manger, and Executive Chef Matteo Fontana from The St. Regis Bangkok on Sunday, November 30, 2025.
This edition highlights the artistry of mixology with cocktails crafted to showcase Ratafia Rossi – La Rossa, an Italian cherry liqueur, along with premium spirits and ingredients in their own style. Complementing the cocktails, guests can delight in a curated selection of Italian-inspired tapas, including Homemade Tortellone Ricotta and Spinach, Truffle Butter Sauce, Ricotta and Black Kale Flan, Traditional Baby Octopus Stew, Sourdough Bread, and Torta Pistocchi. The lively atmosphere will be enhanced by upbeat rhythms from DJ Joe Cola, creating the perfect Sunday afternoon experience.
