Condé Nast Traveller UK has announced the results of its annual Readers’ Choice Awards with Likuliku Lagoon Resort once again recognised in the Top 10 Resorts in Australasia & South Pacific – taking out the No. 1 spot in Fiji and the No. 3 place overall.

This year, a half a million readers shared their travel experiences and insights, offering a comprehensive look at the places they most eagerly anticipate revisiting.

This year, the resort undertook a FJD$10M major revitalistion program which included: a refurbishment and refresh of all accommodation including adding 11 more private plunge pools to existing rooms, the addition of an exciting new restaurant concept offering an alternative evening dining experience; and the addition of the na Vanua Conservation – the home of the Ahura Resorts Conservation Foundation. “na Vanua,” translating to “the land” in Fijian, holds significant cultural and ecological meaning and encompasses more than just the physical land; it also includes the people, their traditions, customs, and the natural environment.
Likuliku is situated in the Mamanuca group of islands in Fiji’s west, 16 miles/25km from Nadi International Airport. Guests can arrive at Likuliku by helicopter (10 minutes), 45 minutes by private water taxi or one to two hours by four times daily fast catamaran service.
