Over the weekend, a who’s who of VIP guests stunned on the red carpet for the highly anticipated grand opening party of CARBONE Dubai at Atlantis The Royal.
Distinguished guests and stars on the carpet ahead of the exclusive party included supermodels Alessandra Ambrosio and Romee Strijd, actress Kat Graham, and footballer Rio Ferdinand as well as Australian Olympian and gold medalist, Steph Rice.
Once inside CARBONE’s doors, guests were transported to the glamour of 1950’s New York City, tailored to the spectacular city of Dubai. They celebrated the elegant evening with bite-sized signature CARBONE dishes such as Caviar Stracciatella Toast, Carpaccio Piemontese, Tortellini Tartufo Nero and Spicy Rigatoni to name a few along with incredible entertainment.
The launch party is just one unforgettable part of a three-day VIP extravaganza weekend at Atlantis The Royal which included an exclusive VIP dinner on Friday, a performance from Rick Ross at the pop up CARBONE ON THE BEACH and a performance from global supermodel turned DJ, Naomi Campbell.
