Vietjet will expand its direct services connecting Melbourne, Sydney, and Brisbane with Ho Chi Minh City, in response to the growing travel demand between Australia and Vietnam. The updated schedules are as follows:
- Melbourne – Ho Chi Minh City route: increasing to 6 flights per week from 11 November 2025 and daily from 6 December.
- Sydney – Ho Chi Minh City route: increasing to 6 flights per week from 13 November, and daily from 7 December.
- Brisbane – Ho Chi Minh City route: increasing to 5 flights per week from 6 December.
In addition to the increased flight frequency, services linking Melbourne and Sydney with Hanoi will be operated via connections in Ho Chi Minh City from October 2025. Aussie travellers can enjoy easy access not only to Hanoi, but also other Vietnam’s popular destinations and key cities across the Asia-Pacific through Vietjet’s extensive network.
