Sheraton Waikiki Beach Resort is making waves in wellness with the debut of Floating Yoga at the award-winning Edge Infinity Pool, the only stand-up paddleboard yoga experience of its kind in North America’s longest oceanfront infinity-edge pool with panoramic views of Leahi (Diamond Head).

Led by certified instructors and limited to eight participants, the Sunrise Flow classes are offered on Monday and Friday mornings before regular pool hours. The beginner-friendly session features sun salutations and core stretches on anchored paddleboards with the cool morning air and uninterrupted ocean views creating a balanced, energizing start to the day.

On Wednesday evenings, Glow Flow invites guests to slow down under the moonrise. Illuminated by underwater LED lights, the calming practice blends gentle poses, ocean breezes, and sparkling city views for a restorative wind-down after dark.
