At the heart of this collection lies a culinary homage, handcrafted by Chinese Chef He Shui Zhen of Breeze, lebua’s acclaimed Chinese fine-dining restaurant. With decades of experience and deep-rooted reverence for tradition, Chef He presents six signature mooncake flavors — each one an elegant balance of heritage, innovation, and flavor:
