Oliver’s boosts its sumptuous ready-to-eat selections at the Chef’s Pantry with a premium twist on the popular local ‘rice with 2 sides’ meal box (priced from HK$68-HK$78) – choices span the sumptuous Braised Oxtail with French Red Wine, crispy Fried Pork Tenderloin drizzled with Italian Balsamic, and fragrant Cauliflower Rice with Fresh Shrimp, among many others. An enticing array of signature dishes includes Oliver’s Signature Roasted Danish Chicken Set (priced from HK$95), featuring the tender meat of premium poultry sourced directly from Denmark, perfectly seasoned and roasted to perfection. For wholesome lunching, the vibrant Salad Bar includes refreshing new creations like Curly Kale and Shiitake Mushroom Salad; the protein-packed textural delight of Shredded Chicken with Green Bean Noodles; the elevated classic of Herb Chicken Caesar Salad with a zesty dressing; and the intriguing Abura Soba Salad. All pre-mixed salads are priced at HK$40/200g (minimum purchase of 200g), while customised bowls start at HK$78 for a choice of 3 salads from a selection of more than 30 varieties. The Sushi Bar offers up to 50 seasonal choices of sushi and donburi sets, all freshly made daily. Five-Colour Jewel Donburi (HK$168) comprising jet-fresh salmon, sea urchin, scallop, shrimp and salmon roe is an eye-catching highlight, while beautifully crafted Sushi Platters are priced from HK$108 (12 pcs).

Ideal for an afternoon indulgence or mid-morning treat, the new bakery selection at Brew & Bake abounds with blissful sweet pastries fresh from the oven, such as Floral Egg Tart (HK$16), Pistachio Floral Tart (HK$19) and Pistachio Caramelised Croissant (HK$26).

It is available at the special price of HK$324 (standard price HK$499) until 4 September 2025. WBI US Prime Striploin and Ribeye steak – the highest beef grade accounting for just 3% of US output – is offered at the exclusive in-store price of HK$90-HK$99/100g (10% discount) until 4 September 2025.

Oliver’s also debuts its Japanese Wagyu collection, featuring two leading A5-grade wagyu brands, Omi Wagyu and Hiya Wagyu, sourced directly from Japanese farms in handy cuts for home cooking – Yakiniku Platter (HK$599/450g; standard price HK$799) and Shabu-

The Australian offerings truly shine, especially the prized pours of Hentley Farm in Barossa Valley, a single-estate boutique producer ranked among the Top Wineries of Australia 2025. Oliver’s curated range of Hentley Farm wines include the opulent, complex Clos Otto Shiraz (HK$1,638), The Beast Shiraz (HK$675) exhibiting robust dark-fruit flavours, and H Block (HK$1,045), a lively blend of Shiraz and Cabernet Sauvignon.
