Six Senses FijiSix Senses Fiji is delighted to welcome visiting certified Feldenkrais practitioner Roger Bowden for an immersive wellness residency from June 06 to 17. Based in Iluka, New South Wales, Australia, Roger brings with him a unique blend of expertise rooted in a lifelong connection to movement—shaped by past careers as a sailor and surfing instructor and refined through his own healing journey with the Feldenkrais Method®.

Roger discovered the Feldenkrais Method when seeking relief from chronic shoulder bursitis. Now, ten years later, he supports others in improving their physical and mental well-being through gentle, mindful movement practices. His work is especially impactful for those navigating chronic pain, neurological conditions such as autism or Parkinson’s, and anyone simply looking to move—and live—with greater ease.

All the sessions he is offering are gentle, deeply restorative, and accessible to all ages and abilities. Whether you’re an athlete, artist, or simply someone looking to reconnect with your body, Roger’s guidance offers a profound path to greater balance, energy, and inner awareness.
