There are times when a city doesn’t just celebrate—it roars. June 2025 in Bangkok promises to be precisely that, as Thailand’s vibrant capital throws open its arms, heart, and high-heeled platforms to the world in what is being hailed as the most dazzling, defiant and downright fabulous Pride celebration the city has ever seen.
Helming this kaleidoscope of colour, glitter and inclusivity is the inimitable ONESIAM collective—Siam Center, Siam Paragon, ICONSIAM, and their chic sibling properties—who have joined forces to launch “The Celebration: Right to Love”. And in a country that’s just passed its landmark marriage equality bill, the timing couldn’t be more poetic.
This isn’t just a party. It’s a statement. A movement. A festival of love, pride, and the very best of what it means to be human.
A City Centre Drenched in Rainbow
At the epicentre of the spectacle is the stylish Siam Center, partnering with Bangkok Pride to host the hotly anticipated Bangkok Pride Festival 2025. From June 1, Rama I Road will become more than a street—it’ll be a runway of revolution.
Under the banner “Born This Way,” the Bangkok Pride Parade will sweep dramatically through the city, beginning at National Stadium and sashaying its way past Siam Discovery, Siam Center, and Siam Paragon. The real showstopper? A 200-metre-long Pride flag—the longest in the world—is spectacularly making its debut. The event is expected to draw over 300,000 local and international visitors.
As the sun dips below the horizon, the city won’t wind down—it will ignite. The Bangkok Pride Party promises an electric atmosphere, pulsing with music, performance, and enough glitter to rival the Milky Way.
Galaxy of Love: More Than Just a Catchphrase
Inside Siam Center, the celebration turns cosmic. Their “Galaxy of Love” campaign casts a wide, inclusive net—celebrating identity in all its beautiful variations.
Expect art toys with attitude by celebrated Thai artist Poriin, live concerts on the Pride Stage, and cheeky nods to Series Y culture that’s swept across Asia. POP MART will debut an exclusive Pride collection, while restaurants and fashion labels enjoy the fun with themed menus and rainbow-streaked runways. This isn’t corporate rainbow-washing—it’s sincere, heartfelt, and curated with flair.
Drag Royalty Descends on Siam Paragon
A stone’s throw away, Siam Paragon is no wallflower. Teaming up with Drag Bangkok, it’s hosting the wildly camp and gloriously fierce Drag Bangkok Festival 2025, running from May 30 to June 1 at Parc Paragon.
This year’s theme, “Thaituristic Drag Scene”, is a glorious fusion of Thai traditionalism and unapologetic drag brilliance. Think ancient temple silks meet modern stilettos. Think glittering fans fanning even fiercer queens. Expect daily drag shows that are less performance and more spiritual experience.
One major highlight is Thailand’s Drag Star 2025, the first national drag competition spanning all 77 provinces. It’s not just a show—it’s a revolution in heels.
Forums and panels will punctuate the festivities, with voices from the LGBTQIA+ community sharing stories, insights, and trailblazing perspectives. And from June 2 to 30, expect encore performances by drag collectives from every corner of the kingdom—from Chiang Mai’s sultry 6ixcret Show to Phuket’s flamboyant Cruise Club.
ICONSIAM: Pride Along the River
Then there’s the riverside jewel—ICONSIAM. Last year’s “Pride Out Loud” is evolving into “Pride Out Louder”—a name that speaks volumes.
With dazzling decor and Pride-themed installations lining River Park and the BTS station entrance, ICONSIAM embraces the visual and the visceral. Central to the experience is the “Pride Out Wall”, a moving exhibit of personal stories from Thailand’s queer trailblazers. Meanwhile, fans of the beloved boylove genre can squeal in delight at live meet-and-greets with their favourite stars—proof that representation on screen does change lives.
The pièce de résistance? REFLECTION OF PRIDE—a mesmerising light installation that does what all great art should: reflect who we are, and inspire who we can become.
Shopping with a Purpose
Of course, no ONESIAM event is complete without a little retail therapy—and during Pride Month, it’s equal parts glam and generous.
The ONESIAM Global Visitor Card unlocks exclusive offers across over 200 brands. From discounts of up to 80%, to complimentary gift cards, to VIP tourist lounges, the perks are almost as glittery as the queens.
Siam Discovery’s Pride Month spotlight on fashion lets shoppers wear their hearts—and their support—on their sleeves, shoes, and earrings.
Meanwhile, ICS and Siam Premium Outlets Bangkok are decking their halls with Pride-themed promotions and decor, ensuring every corner of ONESIAM’s universe radiates rainbow energy.
Let’s be frank: this isn’t just Pride Month. It’s Bangkok’s cultural coming-out party. And under the ONESIAM banner, it’s done not only with style and flair but also with genuine heart, heritage, and a refreshing sense of Thai-ness, making this celebration all the more meaningful.
In a world that often feels divided, ONESIAM’s Pride campaign is a welcome reminder of what unites us: the right to love, express, and belong.
