On 12 April, immerse yourself in Magic Hour, a recurring series of complimentary public world-class live musical performances. As the sun sets against the iconic architectural backdrop of the Grande Dame, Raffles Hotel Singapore invites the community to soak in the uplifting melodies while delighting in light bites and refreshments amidst the lush greenery.
An exclusive collaboration between Raffles Hotel Singapore and Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO), the series returns for its third edition this year set to take place at The Lawn, Raffles Hotel Singapore. For this performance only, musicians both the Singapore Symphony Orchestra (SSO) and the Singapore National Youth Orchestra (SNYO) will come together to perform side by side, presenting a thoughtfully curated repertoire for the community.
Kick back and enjoy the Hawai’ian practice of ‘Pau Hana’ in the evening twilight with wood-fired offerings by Chef de Cuisine Jordan Keao of Butcher’s Block. Hawai’ian born and bred, Chef Jordan has curated a menu specially for Magic Hour featuring the highest quality of produce, meats and seafood accented by wood-fire. Look forward to bite-sized offerings of Big Eye Ahi Tune Poké, Dry-aged Blackmore Farm Slider, Grilled Broccolini, Western Plains Pork Spam Musubi and a Hawai’ian-inspired Huli-Huli Duck Sausage, as well as delight in the Hawai’ian reverence for the natural world and sustainably sourced produce amidst the lilting music and verdant gardens.
Prices for each dish start at S$5 onwards. Choice steaks, burger patties, kombu butter, milk bread and wines
are also available for takeaway from the restaurant.
