From April 12th to 13th, Salisbury Garden at the iconic Avenue of Stars will transform into a haven for coffee connoisseurs, showcasing over 50 exceptional local and regional coffee brands, free and open to the public. Hosted by Rias Coffee Roaster, this year’s festival promises an unparalleled experience, featuring captivating demonstrations by world-renowned coffee competition champions.

These thoughtfully designed experiences aim to cultivate a deeper appreciation for coffee culture, fostering connections between industry professionals and enthusiasts alike. The festival provides a dynamic platform for baristas to showcase their exceptional skills and push the boundaries of coffee innovation.

Discerning palates can explore the curated selection of over 50 distinguished coffee brands, including Rias Coffee Roaster, helmed by Margaret Lee, a two-time champion of both the Asia Roasting Championship and the Taiwan Chene Kang Coffee Roasting Championship; Ah Jeng Coffee Club, founded by renowned radio DJ and TV host Ah Jeng; Simple Kaffa, the esteemed establishment founded by Berg Wu, the first Taiwanese World Barista Champion; VWI by Chad Wang, the brainchild of Chad Wang, the first Taiwanese World Brewers Cup champion; and Prodigal Coffee, founded by industry luminary Scott Rao.brewing

A coveted highlight of the festival is the exclusive “Bean to Cup Workshop,” offering a rare opportunity to delve into the art of coffee making. From meticulously selecting green beans and mastering the art of roasting to perfecting brewing techniques and elegant packaging, participants will embark on a transformative journey. Upon completion, attendees will receive a curated collection of 30 grams of freshly roasted coffee beans, two handcrafted pour-over bags, a cold brew coffee bag, a bottle of freshly brewed black coffee, and a stylish RYOB tote bag.

Coffee Mania Festival will also host a series of prestigious competitions, showcasing exceptional talent in coffee roasting, pour-over, signature drink creation, and espresso brewing. Judged by esteemed world-class coffee competition champions, these competitions offer a glimpse into the pinnacle of coffee mastery. The public is invited to witness these exhilarating displays of skill and artistry. World-renowned champions will also grace the stage with captivating performances and insightful lectures. Influential coffee expert VV Café will share invaluable insights on brewing techniques and the art of cultivating a thriving coffee business; 2024 World Coffee Roasting Championship – Taiwan Champion Simmy Lu will offer a glimpse into her inspiring journey to the championship; and esteemed Taiwanese low-altitude coffee farmer M’utu  Coffee will engage in a stimulating exchange of farming practices with local counterparts. The festival will also feature exclusive coffee tasting sessions and the unveiling of Rubasse NIR Digital Coffee Roasters’ latest commercial roaster, the HYPER PRO+ 1.2Kg, accompanied by live roasting demonstrations.
