The GSTC Certification currently covers 20 Ascott properties across Thailand and Laos, including renowned serviced residences, hotels, and a co-living property under the Ascott, Citadines, lyf, Oakwood, and Somerset brands. These properties are located in key cities such as Bangkok, Chonburi, and Vientiane.
