One of Australia’s leading group tour operators, Wendy Wu Tours is delighted to announce the appointment of two new State Account Managers to strengthen its sales team and support its valued travel agent partners. James Phillips joins as State Account Manager for Victoria and Tasmania, with Owen Boyce State Account Manager for Western Australian and South Australia.

James Phillips – State Account Manager VIC/TAS
James Phillips joins Wendy Wu Tours with over 17 years of experience in the travel industry, including a long tenure with Flight Centre Group. James brings to his role exceptional customer service skills, and a wealth of knowledge and expertise to assist agents in selling Wendy Wu Tours’ award-winning products. James will work alongside Christine Yatridis to further grow and support the VIC/TAS market.
Owen Boyce – State Account Manager WA/SA
Owen Boyce is a well-known industry professional, particularly in South Australia, where he has spent the past decade on the road helping agents sell group tours. He has broad experience including roles with American Express Business Travel, Carlson Wagonlit Travel, Insight Vacations and Europcar. Owen joins the team as current account manager, Holly Quick, prepares to commence maternity leave at the end of March. His extensive industry connections and experience will ensure a seamless transition for Wendy Wu Tours’ agency partners in WA and SA
