Sydney Common, located within the prestigious five star hotel, Sheraton Grand Sydney Hyde Park, is debuting globally acclaimed Sake Hundred in Australia at a once in a lifetime tuna and sake dining experience.

The exclusive event will be led by esteemed tuna master Narito Ishii, with the first ceremonial tuna cutting of the season. It also serves as the introduction to a series of chef collaborations and activations hosted by Sydney Common.

Head chef Dylan Bennett (ex Shell House, Bennelong) and two-hatted chef Toshihiko Oe will then showcase a multi-course menu of sashimi, nigiri, and more. Each course will be expertly paired with Sake Hundred’s premium selections alongside a deep dive into the craft of luxury sake with Sake Hundred’s visionary founder, Ryuji Ikoma.

The event takes place on Wednesday March 26, 2025 from 6:30pm. Tickets are $240pp.

The evening is set to be an unmissable celebration of sake and Japanese flavours. It also marks the first time Sake Hundred is introduced to Australia, offering a rare opportunity for food and sake lovers alike to experience this exceptional pairing.
