Khao Soi by Chef Tang Tananton BunnagJW Marriott Bangkok proudly presents the first edition of Chef Culinary Chronicles. Titled “A Taste of Nostalgia,” this exclusive promotion at JW Café runs from 17 March to 30 May 2025, bringing the comforting flavors of home to life, featuring dishes inspired by cherished family recipes crafted by the hotel’s esteemed chefs.

Each day of the week, guests can embark on a culinary journey across seven different cuisines, expertly curated by the hotel’s renowned chefs. Rooted in memories of home-cooked meals, this showcase highlights the heartwarming dishes passed down from the chefs’ mothers, celebrating tradition through authentic flavors and personal storytelling. This inaugural edition showcases a rotating daily menu of Italian, Chinese, Thai, Japanese, Indian, Seafood and Pastry specialties, each infused with heritage, nostalgia, and personal stories.

A key highlight of this promotion is the interactive trolley service, where chefs present selected dishes tableside each day, creating an engaging and immersive dining experience. Mondays feature Chef Pipe Boripat Na Nakorn, Sous Chef at JW Café, presenting pan-fried gnocchi with garlic, parsley, parmesan, and olive oil. Tuesdays highlight Chef Leslie Du, Executive Chinese Chef at Man Ho Chinese Restaurant, with his signature pork belly Bao Wow. Wednesdays showcase a salmon and tuna tartare from Executive Sous Chef Ohm Tosporn Suwannagate. On Thursdays, Chef Bualong Fuangna, Sous Chef Teppanyaki at Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse, takes over the grill station with his Okonomiyaki roll featuring pork and chicken. Fridays celebrate the flavors of India, with Chef Vivek Singh, Indian Sous Chef at JW Café, offering Pani Puri at the Indian station. Saturdays turn into a Japanese feast as Chef Atsushi Yoshida, Japanese Head Chef at Tsu Japanese Restaurant, curates a selection of Ika Somen with cod roe and Shiso leaf alongside baked sushi (California-style with crab stick, cream cheese, mayo, and nori).
