Tin Kee Dumpling pop-up, a project of “Gourmet Focus Group”, located at the East to West Food Market in Hong Kong International Airport (HKIA) Terminal 1, Departure Level 6 (L6), has announced an extension of its operations until the end of May 2025. The shop has enjoyed overwhelming popularity since its opening, receiving rave customer reviews.
In appreciation of customers’ support, Tin Kee Dumpling will introduce two new signature dumpling flavours during the extended operating hours: Basil & Long Beans Pork Dumplings and Kaffir Lime Leaves & King Oyster Mushroom Chicken Dumplings (available in both pan-fried and soup dumpling options), offering travellers a wider variety of choices. Operating hours will be adjusted to 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM daily, allowing more travellers to enjoy this popular local eatery, often hailed as the “ceiling of the dumpling perfection”.
