A-Culinary-Artistry-Of-Two-Cities_Afternoon_TeaIn celebration of hotel anniversaries this April, two iconic St. Regis hotels; The St. Regis Bangkok and The St. Regis Hong Kong co-create their exquisite afternoon tea experience, one of the St. Regis brand’s cherished rituals, and extend a heartfelt invitation to our distinguished guests to embark on an exceptional culinary journey. Thoughtfully crafted by the culinary teams of both hotels, “The Culinary Artistry of Two Cities” Afternoon Tea features a meticulously curated menu of signature treats, available at The Drawing Room from April 1 to May 31, 2025.

The St. Regis Bangkok marks its 14th while the St. Regis Hong Kong celebrates its 6th anniversary.  The concept of this collaboration highlights the essence of both St. Regis hotels and the flavors of each destination. Bangkok’s offering showcases Executive Sous Chef Matteo Fontana’s skill through the savory delights, including the Thai Tuna Tartare Tart, Pomelo Scallop Salad, and Salmon Mousse Laab in Mini Cone, each echoing local culinary traditions with vibrant tangy, and spicy flavors and aromatic fresh herbs. On the sweeter side, Executive Pastry Chef Nuntida Panyabaramee reimagines the dessert traditions of both cities through creations such as the Thai Tea Egg Tart, Mango Cheesecake and Pandan Coconut Roll further enhance the experience with their tropical flavors. These are accompanied by the classic Lemon Poppyseed Scone, the perfect ending to the afternoon tea experience.A-Culinary-Artistry-Of-Two-Cities_Afternoon_Tea

Meanwhile, the Hong Kong-inspired selections with a recipe from Executive Sous Chef Hugo Cheng presents the city’s East-meets-West heritage through signature items such as the “Yin Yeung” Foie Gras Rose with Crispy Gingerbread and Confit Duck Leg Jian Dui offering a delightful twist of the traditional Chinese sesame ball. Assistant Pastry Chef Tommy Sin Tong Mei selected Hong Kong Milk Tea Mousse Cake to celebrate the city’s iconic milk tea, and the Mango Pudding with Pomelo Sago beautifully embodies the fusion of both cultures.

“The Culinary Artistry of Two Cities” Afternoon Tea experience is served daily from April 1 through May 31, 2025, from 1:00 PM to 5:00 PM in The Drawing Room on the 12th floor of The St. Regis Bangkok, priced at THB 2,800++ per set for two persons, including coffee or tea. Join us for this extraordinary celebration of flavors and traditions, where every moment pays homage to the legacy of St. Regis hospitality.
