Exhibitor spaces and hosted buyer spots are in high demand for MEETINGS 2025, New Zealand’s leading business events industry showcase, which will be held from June 11 to 12.
Business Events Industry Aotearoa’s (BEIA) MEETINGS is returning to Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland for the first time in four years, with over 200 of New Zealand’s venues, regions and services on show under one roof at Auckland Showgrounds.
BEIA Chief Executive Lisa Hopkins says Aotearoa, New Zealand, is incredibly appealing to business events professionals who organise conferences, corporate meetings, tradeshows and incentive travel.

Exhibitor applications close next week, on 4 March. A handful of entry-level spaces remain for first-time exhibitors or those returning after a five-year break, enabling them to secure a cost-effective presence at MEETINGS 2025.
BEIA is partnering with the Auckland Tāmaki Makaurau Convention Bureau and business events community to ensure MEETINGS 2025 is a must-attend event. The 29th annual event will host 500 buyers, with more than 220 hosted buyers from Australia, New Zealand, and key international markets, and 300 domestic day buyers for two days of appointments, networking, and education sessions.

Business event organisers from Australia and New Zealand can apply to be fully hosted at MEETINGS and receive complimentary air travel, transfers, accommodation, registration to social events, and a personalised appointment program.
