Leading global tour operator, Collette, is inviting Sydney based travel agents to miss the Monday malaise and join them on court for a fun and friendly Pickleball Championship on 10 March from 6-8.30pm.
The event, to be held at Robyn Webster Sports Centre in Tempe Reserve, will also provide an exclusive opportunity to meet Christian Leibl-Cote, Executive Vice President of Global Sales, and Denise Sablone, Executive Vice President of Tour Development and Delivery, of Collette’s executive leadership team visiting from the United States.
“Recognising the incredible growth of the sport, Collette has been a partner of Pickleball Australia (PA) since last year,” said Karen Deveson, Collette’s Managing Director, Australia.
“There is absolutely no need to have any previous experience to come along to this event as we welcome beginners and pros alike. We will provide the paddles and members from Pickleball Australia will be on site to take us through the rules, tips and tricks. This is simply a great opportunity for us to catch up with our travel partners while having a hit and some refreshments.”
Agents are invited to put together a team of four or sign up solo and be matched with others on the night. Either way they are encouraged to don their best sports attire as there will be prizes for Best Dressed.
There is no entry fee and Collette will be hosting the generous courtside refreshments and prizes for the tournament winners.
