JW Marriott Bangkok proudly unveils “Chef Culinary Chronicles”, a year-long gastronomic journey celebrating the hotel’s culinary masters. Each chef will take center stage for two months, crafting menus that blend their signature expertise with the warmth and familiarity of local and comforting flavors.
At its core, “Chef Culinary Chronicles” celebrates the universal appeal of comfort food, where authenticity meets elevated simplicity. Each chef will be supported by a team of talented culinary artisans, ensuring every dish embodies their vision while staying true to the warmth of home-style cooking.
From the global flavors of JW Café’s international buffet to the refined artistry of Japanese cuisine at Tsu, Nami Teppanyaki Steakhouse, and Chisana Nami, the soul-soothing comfort of home-cooked Chinese dishes at Man Ho and Man Ho Bistro, the nostalgic charm of Thai desserts at Bangkok Baking Company (BBCO), and the timeless appeal of an American steakhouse at New York Steakhouse, this program offers an immersive dining experience that bridges tradition and innovation.
The first edition of Chef Culinary Chronicles kicks off at JW Café from 17 March onwards, offering a global culinary journey that celebrates the flavors of home. Each chef from the hotel will present authentic dishes inspired by their mother’s recipes, evoking a sense of nostalgia and comfort through familiar tastes. With a rotating selection of Thai, Indian, Japanese, Chinese, and Western specialties, select dishes will be served tableside on Guéridon trolleys, creating an interactive and immersive dining experience that connects cultures through food.
With each installment of the exclusive Chef Culinary Chronicles, guests can expect specially curated menus, exclusive dining experiences, and a chance to engage with the masterminds behind the flavors. Through this initiative, JW Marriott Bangkok reaffirms its commitment to culinary excellence, celebrating the power of food to connect people across cultures.
