In light of growing trends in the wellness space, such as the silver bullet trend, where people seek to visit destinations where they can experience a mental reset, the inaugural Yoga Festival in The Islands of Tahiti couldn’t be better timed.

Originally held annually in Arizona in the US, the Tahiti Yoga Festival will gather communities and travellers from around the world to foster connection and raise awareness for a more caring world. More than just a yoga event, the Tahiti Yoga Festival offers travellers a chance to connect with like-minded individuals, immerse themselves in Polynesian culture, and experience the breathtaking beauty of The Islands of Tahiti.

The festival takes place during the shoulder season in October, which is prime time for those wanting to visit the destination when there are fewer tourists than in the peak season, and reduce the pressure on vulnerable destinations. With its many off-the-grid locations in The Islands of Tahiti, travellers are encouraged to live in the moment, shut off the modern lifestyle of home, and become one with the Mana, the sacred life force of the islands.

While visiting Tahiti for the festival, travellers have the opportunity to explore the dramatic peaks of the main island, go chasing waterfalls, 4-wheel-driving through fields and surf at some of the most amazing beaches in the world. A short ferry ride over to the sister island of Moorea offers even more adventure opportunities, with snorkelling in the lagoon, hiking the mountain tops and much more.

Tahiti Yoga Festival will take place on the East Coast of Tahiti at the resort Le Tahiti by Pearl Resort, between 3-6 October 2025.
