Step into The Enchanted Christmas Lodge, a life-size wonderland filled with holiday treats and gift essentials, perfect for creating cherished memories.
This year’s new highlights showcase the Fresh Herbs & Truffle Butter Whole Turkey ($268), marinated for 24 hours and slow-roasted to perfection, alongside the rustic Traditional Italian Style Roasted Porchetta ($280), tightly rolled to ensure a crispy, golden-brown crust with a flavour-packed, herb-infused pork interior.
For an elegant twist, the Traditional Norwegian Salmon Trout Wellington ($250) features tender salmon encased in golden, flaky puff pastry serving as a centrepiece for your celebration. Traditional favourites include Manuka Honey and Macallan Whisky Baked Bone-in Gammon Ham ($368), Maple and Mustard Baked Iberico Royal Ham ($238), Hickory Smoked Iberio Pork Rib ($218), Signature Hua Ting Roasted Irish Duck ($168), and two Christmas Party Platters (from $288 serves 5 to 6 persons) provide the festive spread for your gatherings.
Guests can also indulge in artisanal log cakes ($92 each), including the Ispahan Lychee Citrus Log Cake, bursting with citrusy freshness, the Classic French Valrhona Guanaja Chocolate Crispy Log Cake with Christmas berries for a rich indulgence, and the adorable Triple Chocolate Bear.
The Enchanted Christmas Lodge in the lobby is also filled with Christmas Hampers, ranging from $108 to $388, and is open daily from now till 28 December 2024.
