We found a turtle from being trapped by an old fishermen’s nets on 30 November 2024, Saturday, at Banyu Biru Villa Beach, Nirwana Gardens. This was discovered by our resident Mr. Marc Thalmann and one of our staff, with patience and care. We gently freed the turtle, ensuring it could return to the safety of the ocean, after making sure there were no injuries made from the nets. Watching the turtle release at the beach, it slowly swam away, its freedom restored. Not forgetting to clean up the nets to keep our beach clean and orderly.

This simple act of kindness serves as a reminder of the delicate balance between humans and nature. Let us all be motivated by this moment to act with more knowledge and compassion since every life, no matter how small the efforts are, plays an important role in maintaining the vitality and abundance of our oceans. To make a world difference on our precious marine life and our future!

However, almost every year turtles like to lay eggs around our beach area at Nirwana Gardens, so we provide a professional way and place to maintain and take good care of the baby turtles before they are being released.
