R Collection Hotels continues its expansion with the acquisition and management, starting in 2025, of Bianca Relais, a refined 5-star hotel located on the shores of Lake Annone, between Como and Lecco. With its 10 elegant and spacious suites designed to provide a stay focused on comfort and privacy, Bianca Relais will become one of the gems of the group’s portfolio. Among its strengths is the location, ideal for prestigious events, intimate ceremonies, and exclusive occasions, thanks to its panoramic lake views.
The second investment involves expanding the offering in Varenna, one of the most charming and sought-after villages in the area, with tourism that continues to grow steadily. Starting in 2025, the group will enhance its presence with Casa Du Lac, which will join the historic properties of Hotel Royal Victoria and Villa Cipressi, helping to meet the increasing demand for luxury hospitality.
The ever-growing demand has led to the inclusion of new accommodation and management options, adding 12 rooms to the 75 already available, ensuring a greater variety of solutions for guests. Casa Du Lac is presented as a stunning lakeside location, featuring rooms of various sizes and a prominent culinary offering, with a gourmet restaurant and a terrace overlooking the lake. Guests will be able to enjoy refined dishes from both local and international cuisine, all while taking in a unique view.
On the Como shore, in Menaggio, the Grand Hotel Victoria Concept&Spa received 2 Michelin Keys in the 2024 MICHELIN Guide, a unique and exceptional five-star hotel that guarantees a memorable experience with every stay. This hotel, full of character, combines charm and personality, managed with great care. The Grand Hotel Victoria Concept&Spa will reopen for the next season with a renovation of its suites, which will be new and more spacious, ranging from 120-130 sqm, to meet the growing demand for family rooms from international guests.
This investment adds to the recent soft opening of Victoria Beach, a lakeside venue in Menaggio, managed since the summer of 2024, which will reopen for the 2025 season with a new events program.
Among the recent developments are the Grand Hotel Courmayeur Mont Blanc and the Montana Lodge&Spa in La Thuile, both of which will reopen for the winter season starting in early December, offering a luxurious and wellness-focused experience in the heart of the Alps.
