“Jodie and Linda will also play a pivotal role in growing the TravelManagers network, working with potential advisors and guiding them through the process of joining TravelManagers,” she adds.
McMullen says she is looking forward to engaging with, inspiring and supporting the PTMs in her area to grow their businesses from where they are now to where they would like to be.
“By assisting my PTMs to gain a full understanding of running their own business and ensuring they have the tools and support to reach their goals, I will provide them with the best opportunity for success.”
From their perspective, TravelManagers’ PTMs describe the support provided by their local BPMs as “invaluable.”
“My BPM is my go-to on anything and everything: crisis, good news or advice,” confirms Lisa Smith, who is based in Gordon Park, QLD. “To know you have them in your corner when you need them is the benefit of being with TravelManagers compared to other independent agents who simply don't receive this kind of support.”
“As a new PTM, my BPM has been invaluable,” agrees Tanya Campbell, a PTM based in Scotts Creek, VIC. “Her caring nature and extensive knowledge provide the guidance I need to build my business with confidence. She supports my growth without any pressure, allowing me to find my own path while knowing I have her backing every step of the way.”
Executive General Manager, Michael Gazal, identifies TravelManagers’ BPM team as a key factor in the home-based brand’s recent success at the 2024 NTIA Awards.
“We were named Most Outstanding Mobile Travel Advisor Network for the third time since 2019; having the largest and most experienced business support team in Australia for mobile travel advisors has been a major factor in our ongoing success.”
