Set against the stunning backdrop of Melbourne’s city skyline and Yarra River in Pan Pacific Melbourne’s Club Lounge, gather your most fashionable friends to indulge in a culinary journey of delicious sweet and savoury delicacies, premium brews and the option to upgrade to a glass of Veuve Clicquot Champagne to truly elevate your girls day out.
Highlights from the menu include Pan Pacific Melbourne’s signature scone that comes in buttermilk, orange blossom, ruby chocolate and lavender flavours, accompanied by a serving of strawberry and rose petal preserve, lemon curd and clotted cream. The savoury tiers include delectable mini lobster rolls, gin and citrus cured salmon, serrano ham croquette that is complemented by truffle aioli and finished off with cauliflower and sebago potato petite pie.
Sweets include floral lace macaroons, a soirée stunner made from salted hazelnut chocolate foam with bronze crackle and 24-carat gold dust plus a cluster of passionfruit cream, blood orange and lemon myrtle gel.
But that’s not all… if you’re staying at Pan Pacific Melbourne during the Spring Racing Carnival season, the lobby area will be serving complimentary canapés and French sparkling wine on key race days! Pan Pacific Melbourne’s Fashion High Tea experience will be held at the property’s Pacific Club Lounge every Saturday and Sunday, from 12:00pm to 4:00pm, until 30th November.
