Chef Yannick Franques (La Tour d’Argent) and Chef de Cuisine Charles Degrendele (Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi)La Tour d’Argent, the French Epicurean icon, is putting the finishing touches on its exclusive menus to be served at Sofitel Legend Metropole Hanoi later this month, in celebration of the Sofitel brand’s diamond jubilee.

The hotel’s acclaimed French fine-dining restaurant Le Beaulieu will welcome the culinary team from La Tour d’Argent from October 23-27 for a unique gastronomic takeover, offering guests and local diners an extraordinary eight-course dinner menu and five-course lunch menu.

This historic collaboration brings together two icons of French luxury and culture for one extraordinary event. Discerning guests will have the rare opportunity to enjoy some of La Tour d’Argent’s signature dishes, including the famous “Caneton Charlie Chaplin”, which is crafted tableside with precision and flair. This collaboration not only highlights Sofitel’s commitment to gastronomic excellence but also its enduring mission to bridge cultures through the universal language of food!

The eight-course dinner is priced at VND 5,500,000++ per person (with an optional wine pairing for VND 2,500,000++). The five-course lunch is priced at VND 2,800,000++ per person (with an optional wine pairing for VND 1,200,000++). Advanced reservations are required and limited seats remain.
