Tops, the food business under Central Retail, is organising the Chef’s World Kitchen event to reinforce its status as a World Class Destination that brings together premium ingredients from all around the globe. In collaboration with four top chefs from the culinary world, the event will highlight the quality of the products and showcase signature dishes from four different cuisines on 16 October, from 10:30 to 13:00 hrs, at Tops Food Hall, Central Chidlom branch. The event will feature: Italian cuisine by Chef Frederik Farina, Executive Chef of Bangkok Marriott Hotel Sukhumvit; French cuisine by Chef Benjamin Lefevre, Head of Retail Food Service and Corporate Chef of Central Food Retail under Central Retail; Japanese cuisine by Chef Toshiaki Ohkama, Head Chef of Teppan France Kanda, famed for his appearance on the television show Iron Chef; and Korean cuisine by Chef Jessica Wang, Champion of Master Chef All Stars Thailand. Additionally, the event will offer a curated selection of premium ingredients sourced directly from the countries of origin, including soft and chewy fresh spaghetti straight from Italy, an array of famous French cheese brands, premium meats and authentic seasonings from Japan, and traditional ingredients from Korea.
